MASTERY CERTIFICATES
The Professional Mastery Certificate series allows professionals already working in the fashion and/or retail industry to pursue refresher courses for career advancement or personal development and receive a certificate after ten months. The student may pursue a dual certificate in both areas simultaneously if so desired.

The Customer Service Enhancement Management certificate teaches a methodology which recognizes customers as the core of the business.
